Shipping Policy
Processing & Fulfillment
We bake our cookies fresh to order and ship once per week. Orders from our Saturday cookie drop ship the following Monday (excluding major holidays). Once your order is packed and ready, we hand it off to USPS and email you a tracking number.
Please keep in mind: once USPS picks up your package, we no longer have control over its location or timeline.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship exclusively with USPS. Shipping rates reflect carrier fees plus the cost of durable packaging to keep your cookies safe and fresh. We do not ship to PO Boxes or international addresses at this time. We do not require signatures for delivery.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility
We understand that waiting can be frustrating. But once your order is in USPS’s hands, it’s out of our control.
Weather delays, mechanical issues, and rerouted packages can happen, especially during peak seasons. We do not offer refunds, reshipments, or store credit for shipping delays caused by USPS or other third-party issues beyond our control.
Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site.
Liz's Cookie Co. is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.
Cookie Freshness & Storage
Our cookies are sealed for freshness and packaged to withstand shipping delays.
Room temperature: 5 days from ship date
Frozen: Up to 3 months
For best results, warm cookies slightly before eating.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
The address you enter at checkout is exactly what we use for shipping. Please double- and triple-check it before placing your order. If an order is returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot offer a refund. Reshipping will incur a new shipping charge.
Holiday Shipping Cutoffs
Shipping timelines can get extra frustrating during the holidays. Once your order is with USPS, we can’t guarantee arrival by a specific date.
If you’re ordering for a holiday, order early and expect the unexpected.
